Consider me a trusted coach and friend. I work within your lifestyle to determine what works for you, your body and your lifestyle. You will not hear the word "never" come out of my mouth. I work within the constraints of your lifestyle. We will figure out what foods fuel you and what drags you down. What's impeding your weight loss..Food choices? Stress? Lack of sleep? We will figure out what your body needs and understand and curb some of those nasty cravings. You will learn how to enjoy REAL food, not the fake food that so much of our American diet consists of.
I hate diets. They are never a long term solution and the stress they can cause can really mess with your mind! Together we will devise a plan custom tailored to your specific health goals be it weight loss, better sleep, better digestion or just better mood (and who doesn't need that?)!
THERE ARE A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO WORK WITH ME:
1. ONE-ON-ONE
YOU CHOOSE:
1 Month Intensive-3 sessions
3 Month Program -6 sessions
WHAT YOU GET:
We will begin with an initial free consultation either live or on phone.
We will discuss where you are in your health journey and more importantly,
where you want to be! In our follow up sessions we will devise your own personal
blueprint to get to your goals. You will learn how to make lifestyle changes and create
new habits. You will receive easy to make recipes, suggested meal plans and handouts and make this transition easy
and enjoyable. I fully understand no one is going to make a style of eating a lifestyle if it feels painful!!
Why would we do that??? We all have enough stress, no one needs more.
You will receive personalized notes on each session and 24/7 email and text support.
